8th Wonder Of Fore
We will listen to the diaries you all completed for Homework and we will have the author's chair for people toread their diaries outloud for the class and we will recap on  last week's class by looking art this popplet and answering these questions.




























Some monasteries  where the monks lived were huge. Their churches were just as impressive as the cathedrals, full of statues, stained glass and paintings.

Let’s look at this drawing of  an abbey and recap on the work that we have done previously on the features found in an abbey..

Now it's over to you class... you must create the 8th wonder of Fore..

In groups of 5, you will use Glogster, an interactive poster which will show your wonder and how you planned for you wonder. As a group you  will be assessed on 5 criteria
and you must complete the activities as a team to score maximum points. See worksheet for details on this.
 The 5 groups will be; The Yellow Table, , The Blue Table, The Pink Table,The Red Table and  The Green Table

Each group should follow the criteria to make sure they get the based marks possible!

 Each team will nominate a team leader to coordinate. You should have
  • Simple, Secure Sharing from Anywhere
 9 strong pieces of evidence plus your presentation to make your case. Each tea

m will present their new 8th Wonder of the World and their Glog to the class. The nominated winner will be able to have their Glog displayed on the front page of the class and School blog. Good Luck groups!




After completing your assignment, make sure to you fill in this sheet as I can see where I can give more marks to and points to some individual children..



**Remember your presentations to make your point and argument stronger and more persuasive for the listener! We studied this in English last week so refresh your memory on this before your presentation which will help emphasising  the importance of your point or in this case, wonder. **
